3 simple but effective ingredients:
1. Freshness
We receive most of our ingredients daily fresh from the local market and the fishermen of Yao Noi island.
We do not compromise in quality & freshness of our ingredients as well as the originality of the Thai recipes.
2. Knowledge
Some of our dishes are resurrected old traditional versions of Thai specialities which are nowadays forgotten or too modernized / westernized.
After talks with older locals we could get the informations how those dishes are really prepared.
We discovered many secrets and we would weigh some of the tips with gold!
3. Love
You can call it passion. Some say we are possessed.
We do what we love and we love what we do.
And we do that on a base of skills and knowledge.
